Thank you for your interest in submitting to the Mississippi Law Journal. We are now accepting submissions for Volume 96. Please include a CV along with your manuscript.

Authors should submit articles in 12-point, double-spaced typeface. Citations should follow The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (22nd ed. 2025). Please use footnotes rather than endnotes. The Mississippi Law Journal does not accept student-written works other than those written by students at the University of Mississippi School of Law.
